Driving Instructor's Manual puts focus on road safety

THE launch of the Driving Instructor's Manual and the introduction of driving simulators are evidence of the government's commitment to improving road safety, Transport permanent secretary Colin Higgs said.

On Thursday at Workers House, Mr Higgs addressed the launch workshop for the manual, which contains sections on: traffic rules and regulations, road conditions, preparations for the driving test and how to use a roundabout.
