A 34-year-old man was charged yesterday with one count of indecent assault, possession of an unlicensed shotgun and possession of shotgun ammunition.
Hans Herman Rollins of Bacardi Road was arraigned before Magistrate Joyann Ferguson-Pratt.
Rollins pleaded not guilty to the allegation that he indecently exposed himself to a 12-year-old girl on October 19.  He also entered not guilty pleas to the charges of possession of an unlicensed black Maverick shotgun, and illegal possession of eight rounds of shotgun ammunition.
Ferguson-Pratt denied bail, remanding Rollins to Her Majesty's Prisons.
Rollins is scheduled to return to court on February 22 and 27 at 11 a.m.
