Nassau, Bahamas - The following are speaking notes from Prime Minister Hubert Ingraham on tonight's debate
and passage of a Bill to modify provisions agreed to for the former Ginn
development in West End, Grand Bahama.

My Government
has tabled a Bill to amend the Modification of Provisions (Ginn LA-West
End Grand Bahama) Act.

a Heads of Agreement with Ginn-LA West End, Limited, the original Developer
