Funeral Service for MR. LOWELL ERVIN CULMER, 58, of #25 Pearl Avenue, Freeport, Grand Bahama will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Church of the Ascension, West Beach Drive, Freeport, Grand Bahama.
