Pearls, Pumps and Professionals, a female marketing group, is presenting their first annual Hats Party scheduled for September 25th, 2011 at Rooster's Sports Ba has been POSTPONED due to weather and will now be on October 2nd. There will be special appearances by Hardour Collection, Zathu Inc., Keisha Fierce Cosmetic Artistry and Jubilee Bath Creations.
