NASSAU, BAHAMAS — Founder of ILCARES Foundation, His Excellency Sebas Bastian, shared why the Christmas Carnival giveback is so important to the community, especially to those who are less fortunate.

Bastian couldn't resist taking a ride on a few of the carnival rides with some of the Christmas Carnival attendees and he also shot some hoops to win toys for the kids.
