An election is to be held of a Member of Parliament to serve in theHouse of Assembly for the said Constituency.
Nomination papers may be delivered by the intending candidate orby one of the subscribers thereto to the Returning Officer at Mount ZionBaptist Church Hall, Jones Town, Eight Mile Rock, Grand Bahama betweenthe hours of nine o’clock in the morning and noon on Monday 6th November,2023 being nomination day for the said Constituency.
Forms of nomination paper may obtained from the ReturningOfficer at the place, date and times aforesaid or on any day at the Officeof the Parliamentary Commissioner in Nassau during office hours. TheReturning Officer will at the said Constitiency prepare a nomination paperfor signature.
If the election is contested, the Poll will take place on the 22nd day ofNovember, 2023 between the hours of eight o’clock in the morning and sixo’clock in the evening.
