Funeral service for Maleake "Leaky" Gardiner, 21 yrs., a resident of Weir Street & Baillou Hill Road, will be held at Grants Town Seventh-day Adventist Church, Wellington Street, on Sunday, August 27, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. 

Officiating will be Pastor Leonardo D. Rahming, assisted by Pastor Wilson Isnord & other Elders. Interment follows in Western Cemetery, Nassau Street.

Fond, loving, and heartfelt memories will forever be cherished in the hearts of his Brothers: Leon Roker Jr., Azizkhan and Ramone Gardiner, Basil Kelly Jr. (Vanessa) and Marquinn Taylor; Stepfathers: Marvin Taylor Sr. and Basil Kelly Sr.; Stepbrother: Marvin Taylor Jr.; Aunts: Mrs. Barbara Seymour (Sunrise Florida), Ann Sawyer, and Dr. Ruth Gardiner (Associate Professor, University of The Bahamas); Uncles: Lester Gardiner, Hartman Sawyer Sr. (Lisa)., Anthony Sawyer, and Chief Petty Officer John Gardiner 11(Ret.) Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte's Funeral Home, Market Street, from 9-3:00 p.m. on Saturday & on Sunday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
