Graveside Funeral Service

Graveside Funeral Service for the late Noell Simeon Penn age 55 years, a resident of Fox Hill, who died on July 11, 2023, will be held on Saturday, August 05, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at Fox Hill Cemetery, Fox Hill Road.

Officiating will be Rev. Dr. A. Shelton Higgs, assisted by other ministers.

Predeceased by his parents; Oscar Richard and Rachel Theresa Penn. Siblings: Oscar Jr., Judith, Cheryl, Detry and Andre Penn. Aunts: Chloe, Dorothy and Blancheva Miller, Lucina Strachan, Joyce Burrows and Princess Simms. Uncles: William, Louie and Johnny Miller, Rudyard Sr. and Henry Penn, and Brady Simms.

Left to cherish fond memories are his children: Anaria, Noell Simeon Jr. and Montrell Penn. Sisters: Brenda Benton and Sandra Lee (Thomas) Fanakos; Brother: Wellington (Anita) Penn. Aunts: Alice (Michael) Coakley and Evangeline Penn. Relatives and Friends may pay their last respects at Butlers' Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Ernest and York Streets on Friday, August 04, 2023, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Fox Hill Cemetery on Saturday, August 05, 2023, from 10:30 a. m. until service time.
