Funeral Service for the Late KENNETH ALEXANDER SIMMS age 84 years of Eight Mile Rock, Grand Bahama and formerly of Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos will be held on Saturday May 6, 2023 at 11:00 a.m at Bethel Baptist Church, Pinedale, Eight Mile Rock, Grand Bahama. Officiating will be Canon Curtis Robinson, assisted by Bishop Carlton Taylor. Interment will follow in Harbour West Public Cemetery, Harbour West, Eight Mile Rock, Grand Bahama.

He is survived by his wife: Patricia Simms; children: Marjarie, Ormin, Wendell, Kevin, Alvin, Joel, Dwight, Deon, Doyle, Debreka, Chavez Simms and Sonia Simms-Outten, Kareem, Cruz and Dajneau; grandchildren: Leonardo, Teonardo, Antoina, Anthony, Ormin Jr., Brandon, Weneka, Davon, Aniyah, Shandell, Jenard, Joel Jr., Jewel, Jamal, Dequhn, Nahtauia, Dequnyah, Deadea, Isreal, Deaja, Dahliya, Delaney, Debrekah, Dequnah, Kiara, Gabrielle, Jalen, Breanna,Zanayah, Dekarai, Dhalli, Devynn Simms, Dwayne, Leon, Rylei, Getano Oliver, Dwaynette Heild, Dasha Flowers, Daquira, Dwayne Jr., Dorel Outten,Toravian Stevens, Kareem Jr.,Kranae, Najah, Tanea and DeDe; great grandchildren: Morgan and Madison Flowers, Daquari, Daqai and Roche Saunders, Journey Williams, Mason, Davon Jr, Antoniya and Aliah Simms; sisters: Susan Bain, Gladys and Mavis Simms; brother: Hosea Simms; nieces: Irene, Paula and Monique Butterfeild, Barbara Butterfeild Jervis, Sauan Missick, Lillian Walker, Inderia Bain and Takia Hepburn; nephews: Roberts and Lindsay Butterfeild and Christopher Simms; daughter-in-law: Beth Simms, Irinee Simms and Tamika Hall Simms; sister-in-law: Daisy Bethel, Alice Gaitor, Agatha Stubbs, Joan Gaitor, Beryl Brice, Sheila and Cindy Williams, Tangie Pinder, Agatha Butterfeild and Rosemary Rigby; brother-in-law: Harrison Bethel, Denzel Brice, String Stubbs, Anthony Dames, James Williams, Earnest and Bill Rigby, Dennis Williams; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Viewing will be held at Russell's and Pinder's Funeral Home, Eight Mile Rock, Grand Baham on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to service time.
