Medical Supplies Donated to the Public Hospitals Authority by the Chinese Embassy

The Public Hospitals Authority of the Ministry of Health and Wellness and the Chinese Embassy held a medical supplies hand-over ceremony at Princess Margaret Hospital, April 6, 2023.  The ceremony comprised the 12th contribution of medical supplies to The Bahamas from the People's Republic of China since the beginning of COVID-19.

Chinese Ambassador, Her Excellency Dai Qingli said the Chinese Government was happy to make the donation and looked forward to assisting more in the future.

Minister of Health and Wellness, the Hon. Dr. Michael Darville, thanked the Chinese Ambassador and the Chinese Government, on behalf of the Bahamas Government and the people of The Bahamas.
