BAHAMIAN pharmacies have seen sales of pain and fever relievers, such as Panadol, 'triple' due to the recent Dengue Fever outbreak.
The demand surghe has affected both pharmacies and their wholesalers. Many contacted by Tribune Business noted that sales of drugs such as Panadol have increased tremendously, particularly in light of the fact that the preferred prescription, Tylex 750, is presently unavailable.
