Kyle C. Jones Selected as Regional Judge for the 2023 Tales of The Cocktail Spirited Awards

Kyle C. Jones, co-owner of the renowned cocktail bars Bon Vivants, Yellowbell, and the all-new The Dilly Club, and Senior Vice President at Young's Fine Wine, has been selected as a regional judge for the 2023 Tales of The Cocktail Spirited Awards.

The Tales of The Cocktail Spirited Awards are one of the most prestigious awards in the cocktail industry, recognizing the best bars, bartenders, and cocktails from around the world. Jones, a seasoned professional in the industry, has been selected by the Tales of The Cocktail Foundation to join the esteemed panel of judges for the Caribbean and Latin American region. In 2019 Bon Vivants was a Top 10 Regional Finalist for Best New International Cocktail Bar, the first bar in The Bahamas to ever receive this honour. 

Jones spent a number of years as a mixologist for premier restaurants in New York City, including Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s famed Spice Market, before opening Bon Vivants in 2019. Jones’ selection as a regional judge is a testament to his dedication to the cocktail industry. He has spent countless hours training bar teams to provide excellent service, and his expertise and knowledge of the craft have earned him a reputation as a leader in the industry.

"I am excited to have the opportunity to use this platform to elevate the cocktail industry in The Bahamas and to showcase the incredible talent and creativity of our local bartenders."

As a judge, Jones will be responsible for evaluating entries and selecting finalists for the Spirited Awards in the Caribbean and Latin American region. His experience and knowledge of the industry will make him a valuable addition to the judging panel.
