A Supreme Court judge on Thursday ordered drug suspect David Colebrooke tagged with an ankle bracelet as a condition of his $35,000 bail.
David Colebrooke, of Jasmine Gardens, was among nine suspects arrested on March 2, 2011 after authorities confiscated 852 pounds of marijuana near Cay Verde, Ragged Island.
Colebrooke was on $100,000 bail in connection with a $4 million marijuana bust that occurred off Exuma in October 2009 when prosecutors allege that he reoffended.
Deputy Chief Magistrate Carolita Bethell refused Colebrooke bail because of the pending charge.
Colebrooke, who has already spent five months in custody, succeeded in his bid for bail when he appeared before Senior Justice Jon Isaacs.
