Bahamian Brewery’s GeneralManager, Gary Sands said “We wanted to create another light beer because we felt themarket needed some more options in this category. We picked Bush Crack because it’salready an established brand in the market that our customers love, and we wanted toexpand on that base.”

Launched the same week that Hurricane Nicole brushed through Grand Bahama & Abaco, Bush Crack Light has the same strength and resilience as the brewery it wasproduced. BCL is the first new Bahamian Brewery product since the brewery was rebuiltafter Hurricane Dorian. Gary Sands expressed “We had plans for Bush Crack Light in2019. This product has been in the works for quite some time but Hurricane Dorian wasa major setback with the immediate follow-up of Covid which restricted us in a majorway in launching our core brands Sands and Sands Light.”

LocalRadio Celebrities JJ, Erin Reign, Special K, Kirk Smith and Daddy Steelie all came outto support the launch of the new light beer.
