Minister of Transport and Housing, the Hon. JoBeth Coleby-Davis gave a Housing presentation to SYSCO Bahamas Food Services (BFS) staff, October 6, 2022.  BFS approached Minister Coleby-Davis and requested a Housing and Mortgage opportunity presentation for their staff.  Minister Coleby-Davis explained to the staff the various housing options available in 1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes, in the various subdivisions underway, as well as financing options through Bahamas Mortgage Corporation, commercial, and other Central Bank-approved lending institutions.  She also described Rent-to-Own options, and options to purchase housing inventory on Family Islands, as investment properties, for Airbnb as second homes.
