A former senator has been accused of indecently assaulting a 12-year-old boy. Trevor Whylly, 62, denied the indecent assault charge at his arraignment before Chief Magistrate Joyann Ferguson-Pratt.

He was granted $4,000 bail and will return to court on December 16 for the start of his trial.
