Do we have a Child Support Act?

If the laws exist, they must be enforced.

If the laws don't exist, the child support act must be amended.

Child support laws and enforcement, first we must recognize the need and then put laws in place to execute the law to its fullest to meet that need. I've looked at the law we have in place now and all I can say is it's too nebulous and abstract in its language. How much longer are we going to play kick the can when it comes to child support?
