Funeral service for Neveralee Ivamae "Cat Island" Smith, 75 yrs., a resident of Knowles Drive, Faith Gardens & formerly of McQueens, Cat Island, will be held at New Redeemed Kingdom Ministries, Blue Hill Road south, on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Pastor Ann Moss, assisted by Pastor Pedro Cartwright. Interment follows in Southern Cemetery, Cowpen  & Spikenard Roads.

Cherished memories will forever linger in the hearts of her children: Patrick and Jennifer Smith., Sisters: Adelina, Leona, Florene Smith, Luella Fife, and Geneva Gibson. Two Brothers: Inspector Hiram Smith and Lernox Smith. Sister in-law: Mrs. Vera Smith, Brother-in-law: Benjamin Fife.

Numerous Nieces and nephews including: Retired Petty Officer, Charles Smith, Force Chief Warrant Officer: Samuel Smith, Dec. Idell, Minister Martha and Minister Sarah Smith, Mrs. Rosalie Major and Mrs. Luceal Brown. Beatrice, Anthony, Coretta, Lloyd, (Ann), David and Harim Fife, Deborah and (Dec. Wayde Greene):  Cherise, Denise. Clarice, Geraldine, Princess, William, Phillip and Kaylen Smith, Hiram Jr., Nickie, Megan, Ashanti and Davonte Smith, Quenna, Quetta, Gibson, Don (Lakatia) Gibson, Kendrick (Florinda) Strachan, Shawn Smith,  Monique Burrows, Kendra and Lavado Smith, Demetrius, Deon and Meko Beneby, Jason (Shavette) Strachan,  Numerous grand nieces and nephews, Other relatives and friends including: Shon Missick and Family, Joann Stuart and Family, George Johnson and Family, Pastor Ann Moss and the Family of  The new Redeemer Church, Chantel Rolle and Family, Laura lee Forbes and Family, Jackie Dorsett, Lynette Burrows, Fiona King and family, the AML Food Limited, A special thank you to the Doctors and Nurses at the South Beach Clinic and Nurse  for a job well done.

Friends may pay their last respects at Demeritte’s Funeral Home, Market Street, from 10-5:00 p.m. on Friday.
