The HR Certification Institute (HRCI), a 45-year-old global premier credentialing and learning organization for human resources professionals have a new certification preparation provider – Solachar Consulting. Solachar Consulting, headed by 15-year HR executive Esaura Cumberbatch.

“Mrs. Cumberbatch is a successful human resource practitioner with a proven track record in human resources programming. I believe in her excellence and this is why she was nominated and elected to serve as President-Elect for The Bahamas Society for Human Resource Management (BSHRM) during my tenure as president”, expressed Wellington Hepburn, BSHRM president. “Additionally, Mrs. Cumberbatch in her previous role as VP Programmes coordinated top tier speakers for the chapter’s monthly meetings and educational opportunities. Additionally, Esaura was instrumental in the transition from physical to virtual meetings as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.”

Solachar Consulting is now among a select group of only 200 providers globally.
