Aetos Holdings Limited, parent company for prominent quick services restaurant franchises including Wendy’s, Marco’s Pizza and Popeyes has not only maintained its workforce, but also created jobs despite COVID-19.

Shantell Lockhart, Vice President of Human Resources & Training, indicated that the recruitment, retention and continuous training of employees are concentrated areas of business that have sustained the operational viability of Aetos Holdings Ltd. through the volatile pandemic period. Our focus has been driven by the fact that our staff are not simply employees – but rather, family in the best or worst of times. We are proud to confirm that last year, which historically represented the most trying of times within commercial industries, there were no staff lay-offs during the pandemic. Our sustained commitment to the employment of all staff has boosted morale across the entire organization with every employee collectively agreeing that, “We will get through this pandemic together.” Mrs. Lockhart reaffirmed, “We still have a robust and engaged workforce across our 21 restaurants. Our focus for 2021 is our continued and ongoing commitment to employee training and development.”

Another key focus area for 2021 is job creation. Aetos is currently recruiting Restaurant Managers, prospective applicants can now visit their new website to apply for jobs online at www.aetoscareers.com.
