A judge on Thursday ordered a man accused of murder tagged with an electronic monitoring bracelet as a condition of his $30,000 bail. Valentino Hanna Dorsette, whose street name is "Ballistic", is charged with the August 7, 2009 murder of Tagia Soles-Armony, 29. Dorsette is also accused of endangering the life of the murder victim's three-month-old son, Zen Armony. Prosecutors fast-tracked the case to the Supreme Court last year. However, Dorsette still has no trial date. According to reports, a gunman shot Soles-Armony as she breast-fed her son while sitting in her Honda Accord, which was parked outside her mother's home in Sea Breeze. Soles-Armony, who lived in St. Kitts with her husband, was in town to visit her family. Senior Justice Jon Isaacs presided over the hearing.
