On 6 January 2020, Leno Corporate Services Limited launched BPC Investment Fund Limited, a Bahamian incorporated investment fund for Professional Investors (the “Fund”), established for the purposes of enabling qualified Bahamian investors to share in the outcome of the project to explore for hydrocarbons in The Bahamas, should they so wish.

The initial offering period for the Fund, which was scheduled to close at 17:00 EST on February 7, 2020, now has been extended until 17:00 EST on February 12th 2020.

Leno has applied this three day extension to accommodate the administrative processing of applications during the initial subscription period.
