Nassau, Bahamas - Prime Minister Hubert Ingraham speaks at the funeral of Carl G. Treco on Saturday, July 3 at Christ Church Cathedral, George Street. Mr. Treco died on July 22 at age 86. He was interred in the Cathedral's "Garden of Remembrance."
