Prime Minister, the Most Hon. Dr. Hubert Minnis, and Member of Parliament for East Grand Bahama, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance the Hon. Peter Turnquest made a visit to the most devastated area of Grand Bahama on Sunday, October 6, 2019 after Hurricane Dorian's passage a month ago. Accompanying the group were: Mrs. Patricia Minnis; Minister of Social Services and Urban Development, the Hon. Frankie Campbell; Minister of State for the Disaster Preparedness, Management and Reconstruction, the Hon. Iram Lewis; Mrs. Heather Lewis; Minister of State for Grand Bahama in the Office of the Prime Minister, Senator the Hon. Kwasi Thompson; and other senior government officials.
