Rigby blasts client over 14m card deposits fate

A businessman has been slammed by his Bahamian attorney for failing to comply with a Supreme Court order to return, to former Leadenhall Bank & Trust credit card clients, 70 per cent of their collective $14 million card deposits.

In a sensational letter seen by Tribune Business, Raynard Rigby, principal at Gibson, Rigby & Co, blasts Delroy Howell, chief executive of Turks & Caicos-based First Financial Trust Company, for potential breaches of fiduciary duty and alleged misappropriation of the cardholders' trust deposits, disassociating himself from this conduct.
