Forward bookings for next three months up 8.4

Forward bookings during the next three months for The Bahamas are 8.4 percent ahead of last year’s numbers for the same period, according to the Ministry of Tourism, which noted that June trended 12.3 percent ahead year-on-year.

“The June ForwardKeys survey, which tracks inbound visitor data, revealed that international arrivals to The Bahamas increased by an impressive 7.1 percent in May, with positive performances from the United States and Canada,” according to a press release from the ministry.
