Shaping the way forward: ILC to be held in New Providence

Leadership strategies that build connection with the children and the youth they serve, and leaders equipped to return to their offices, churches, communities and homes confident that they can shape a better future today, are expected to be the takeaways for participants in the upcoming International Leadership Conference (ILC), which for the first time in its history will be held outside Canada, and in New Providence.

The purpose of the conference is to bring together leaders to discuss strategies that can shape the future of homes, churches and nations by bridging the generation gap; and to develop transformational leaders who can connect with children and youth to shape their development during their formative years of age one to age 15.
