The Public Hospitals Authority held their Graduation Ceremony for the Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing Diploma Program and First Line Leadership & Management Certificate Program under the theme "Empowered, Transitioned, and Positioned for Optimal influence and Outcome" at Government House, April 11, 2019.
