The Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute (BTVI) recently partnered with the Rotary Club of Nassau Sunrise to build a money box to be stationed in the cruise port’s welcome center as a location for ship visitors to drop excess Bahamian currency.

Constructed by BTVI instructor, Graham Thornley and his students, the funds collected in the box will assist in continuing the community efforts of the Rotary Club of Nassau Sunrise.
