The Bahamas Olympic Committee is pleased to announce in partnership and collaboration with member National Federations the following athletes and team officials to its 2018 Team Bahamas Central American and Caribbean Games (CAC) schedule for Barranquilla Colombia – July 19th – August 3rd, 2018.

The 23rd addition of the CAC Games will host 37 countries, 5654 athletes and 470 events, The Bahamas will send one of its largest teams in recent history with two team sports - namely;- men basketball and softball.

Making its debut in international competition is the sport of fencing ,- complimented by a young but strong team in the sport of swimming, athletics, sailing , judo, boxing, tennis and athletics.

In total there are some 60 athletes,- complimented by 21 coaches and 3 team officials for a contingent compliment of 84.

Romell Knowles, President of the Bahamas Olympic Committee said, “ he is very pleased with the compliment of team and expects team Bahamas to perform at its very best.
