FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME, in The Nassau Guardian today is the Ministry of Finance' first ever "Citizen's Guide" to the National Budget.

In it, the Ministry of Finance is attempting to break down the budget and related government plans in more accessible layman's terms.

It is intended to be published during every budget exercise moving forward.
