Sandals Emerald Bay on Great Exuma is marking its first anniversary in style with the announcement of a renovation project to its renowned Greg Norman-designed golf course; upgrades to the resort’s gourmet dining options; and the addition of 66 luxurious rooms, rounding out the total room count to 249, with many of the new additions set to debut on April 15, 2011.
