Bahamian Olympic champion Shaunae Miller-Uibo will return to Boston, Massachusetts, this weekend, to compete in the Adidas Boost Boston Games. She will run in the women’s 150m straight. There’s no rest for the weary… particularly when you want to stay at the top.

It’s back to the track for Bahamian global superstars Steven Gardiner and Shaunae Miller-Uibo, or in this case, the road, as they take part in the third edition of the Adidas Boost Boston Games this coming weekend. The event is set for this Saturday and Sunday on the streets of Boston Common in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

Gardiner will line up against some of the world’s best in the men’s 200 meters (m), in which he set a sizzling national record of 19.75 seconds at the Miami Hurricane Alumni Invitational about a month ago, and Miller-Uibo will run in the women’s 150m this year. Last year, she set an all-time world best of 21.76 seconds in the women’s 200m straight to obliterate the old record of 22.55 seconds that was set by American Allyson Felix in 2010.

Over the weekend, Gardiner and Miller-Uibo won their respective events at the IAAF Diamond League Shanghai in Shanghai, China. Both set new meet records, and both currently lead the Diamond League standings in those particular events.
