Do you really need to eat breakfast

Do I really need to eat breakfast? There are multiple schools of thought towards this one question. Some fitness professionals would say yes you do, and some will say no you don’t. Nutritionists even have wavering views on this question. So what’s the right answer?

This whole thought is very tricky because individuals are very different. The truth is, you don’t want to skip many meals to create a thought process of you’re loosing weight. When you skip meals, you slow down your metabolism, especially if you’re putting a lot of work into your workouts.
