Developers of ONE Cable Beach, the $70 million luxury condominium rising just west of Baha Mar, announced today that the project is now complete, the first homeowners have moved in and both sales and rentals have “exceeded expectations beyond our imagination.”

According to Jason Kinsale, President of Aristo Development, developers of the 74-unit, 7-story, project from planning stage to completion, reaction to the ultra-luxurious residential complex on the water has been ‘incredible.’

“We have been working with top real estate agents in the country and the expression on their clients’ faces as they bring them through is priceless,” said Kinsale.

“We don’t know what they have seen before they come here but when they see the lobby, the large beachfront infinity pool and the turquoise waters beyond, they are transfixed.

Their eyes pop, their jaws drop. Then they see the units and a new lifestyle right before their eyes.

In all the building that we have done we have never seen the kind of reaction that ONE Cable Beach has generated.”

The bright white concrete and glass vertical residential community created hundreds of construction jobs over the two-year development period, contributing an important boost to the economy at a critical time.

ONE Cable Beach features one and two-bedroom units ranging from $750,000 to $1,250,000 and a three-bedroom $4.75 million penthouse with private rooftop lounge and Jacuzzi.

Amenities include 24-hour security, a full-service front desk with concierge service, fitness centre and gym facility, large balconies with ocean views, over 200 feet of beach, an infinity edge pool and cabana as well as close proximity to Baha Mar with all its dining, shopping, entertainment and special attractions including golf and tennis club.

“We have delivered the go-to building, the premier choice in Nassau for the discerning buyer looking for high quality construction, prime location, and a lock and go lifestyle,” said Matthew Marco, Director of Sales and Marketing for Aristo Development.

‘‘ONE Cable Beach is the can-do success story in single structure, large scale, high-end residential development,” Marco said.

“There are usually surprises as you are building, particularly a project of this size, but this went so smoothly, thanks to tight management and controls.

The final result speaks to the quality of construction, prudent on-site management and the clear goals and timelines we maintained.”

If there were few surprises in wrapping up a job that had employed hundreds of Bahamians and provided a much-needed boost to the economy, the biggest surprise came at opening.

“The demand for new, attractive executive rentals and the lifestyle ONE Cable Beach offers created a rush that exceeded our projections,” said Marco.

“For those owners who have purchased as an investment property, they are clearly doing very well.

Of the units available for rent, only a few remain, priced from $3,750 for a one-bedroom, $5,500-$6000 for a two-bedroom and from $12,500 for a three-bedroom.”

In addition to long-term rentals, a professional management company has been retained to handle all short term rentals.

With 85% of the residences sold, ONE Cable Beach is one of several successful developments by Aristo, including Hampton Ridge and Balmoral.

The firm headed by Bahamian Jason Kinsale is also building the high-end, amenities-rich THIRTY SIX, the first new condominium development on Paradise Island in a decade.

That project is expected to be complete later this year with 38 luxury units, full concierge service and close proximity to the world-class Atlantis resort and Four Seasons at the Ocean Club.
