Bahamas First hosts 5 Levels of Leadership Seminar

Bahamas First General Insurance Company recently hosted a John Maxwell 5 Levels of Leadership workshop for their agents and supervisory and management team.

Group Human Resources Manager, Richenda King, facilitated the seminar and shared, “Leadership is a pillar of our organization and we believe in developing the leadership capacity in our employees and network of agents.

This program describes a building process that you can follow to develop yourself and others as leaders.”

As a certified trainer of the John Maxwell Company, Mrs. King is an advocate of the benefits of applying the principles of the 5 Levels of Leadership both in one’s professional and personal life.

Participants gave the seminar two thumbs up and shared, “The training has brought to light and put into context some of the challenges I was having and will certainly impact my future developments as a leader.

I believe that this workshop has helped me to grow and develop as an effective and efficient leader.

It helped me to take a look at my leadership style and revamp it in a way that will bring success for not only myself but my organization as a whole.”
