Cable & Wireless Communications (CWC) has the ability and regional knowledge to unlock the Bahamas Telecommunications Company's (BTC) 'Triple Play' potential to the ultimate benefit of Bahamian consumers, a former Chamber of Commerce president telling this newspaper that privatisation would ensure the 'tail no longer wags the dog' at the telecoms carrier.
