The argument over whether Cable & Wireless Communications (CWC) should own 51 per cent or 49 per cent of the Bahamas Telecommunications Company (BTC) is irrelevant, a former Bahamas Chamber of Commerce president said yesterday, because either way it will still have Board and management control at the privatised carrier.
