The Christian Counselling Centre opened its doors early 1986 responding to the great need for help by cocaine addicts and their families.

After providing treatment for individuals with substance abuse issues for two years, the Centre shifted its focus to providing family support services.

The Centre’s purpose is to help hurting people by providing professional counselling and educational resources that inspire growth in relationships with God, others and self, in an accepting, caring, confidential environment.

The Centre held its first competitive Fun Run/Walk this past weekend with hopes to continuing the event annually.

ALIV made a donation to support the Counselling Centre in this effort. The Centre is located at #58 Collins Avenue, one door north of Calvary Bible Church. To find out more about The Christian Counselling Centre visit their website :www.cccbahamas.org.
