CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank celebrated the re-opening of its recently upgraded branch at Leeward Highway with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and cocktail reception on February 28th.

The upgrades, which include several technological advances, have improved the customer experience and enabled the team to offer more interactive services. The new full-service branch also features a drive-thru Automated Banking Machine and three lobby machines.

CIBC FirstCaribbean’s Chief Executive Officer, Gary Brown, said the branch’s improvements demonstrated the bank’s commitment to achieving its goal of ensuring that every client’s experience is comfortable, easy and convenient.

“This Leeward Highway branch is another tangible example of how we are investing in our business and our people to offer a superior level of service to every client who comes through our doors,” he added.

The new branch offers convenient parking, a full service 24-hour instant teller machine, night wallet banking service, confidential client meeting rooms and digital screens for active engagement with clients. Services available include personal banking, mortgage and loan products, mobile and internet banking services, and Visa debit and credit card products.

Managing Director of Retail and Business, Mark St. Hill, said the branch’s improvements mirror changes that the bank has been making across the region.

“We continue the process of transforming our retail operations; we will continue to reconfigure and enhance our premises, creating clear zones that cater to our customers’ needs.

We are making excellent customer service and a better client experience our way of life. It is what differentiates us from all others in this business”, Mr. St. Hill said.

Deputy Governor, The Honorable Anya Williams and other dignitaries and clients attended the ceremony.

The Leeward Highway branch is open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
