The 2017 Bahamas Telecommunications Company (BTC) telephone directories are in stock at all BTC locations. The telephone directories bear snapshots of the beauty of The Bahamas.
BTC Chief Marketing Officer Janet Brown said, "This is the first year that we have worked independently on the cover and design of the telephone directory. Normally, we work with an arm of government or the community to showcase a special event, activity or to pay homage to great leaders. This year we decided to feature scenes from the islands of The Bahamas on our cover. As a company, BTC connects every island, rock and cay. We are particularly proud of the fact that last year, we became the country's first quad play provider in The Bahamas, providing landline, Internet, mobile and television services."
Directories are now available at all BTC neighborhood stores in New Providence, Grand Bahama and the Family Islands. Customers can also collect directories from all post office locations in New Providence, Cost-Rite and Solomon's Super Center. Businesses in New Providence requiring directories in bulk are asked to collect them from the BTC Perpall Tract location. Telephone directories have been in stock since the first week of January.
The telephone directory is a treasure trove of information. Teachers and students find the directory quite useful, as it contains information about the government of The Bahamas, and many facts about the country.
