On
behalf of UNEP's Caribbean Environment Programme (UNEP-CEP), we are pleased to
announce the organization of a Wider Caribbean LBS Protocol Collage Competition
in celebration of the LBS Protocol entering into force at the end of 2010.

This activity further supports Decision XI of the 14th
IGM and will assist LBS Focal Points to promote ratification of the LBS
Protocol and where appropriate, its implementation.

including Entry Rules and Conditions.

We
would like to enlist your assistance in designating an appropriate individual
and/or organization from your country to be in charge of organizing the
national component of the competition including the organization of a panel of
judges to select a national prize winner..
