A family of authors seek to share the love of God, while empowering others that anything is possible.
Under the name ‘Brooke & Lee,’ two sisters, Adria McCardy and Kristi Collie, have given a new meaning to evangelism.
The sisterly duo have joined forces to “share and spread true love, God’s love with everyone [they] encounter through books and [also] in life.”
Inspired by their brother’s initiative in writing his first novel “The Legend of the Flaming Dragon,” Adria, ‘Brooke’ of Brooke & Lee became motivated to be the budding entrepreneur she has always dreamt of becoming. “Honestly I never thought I’d be writing books. I am just an aspiring entrepreneur with a God and a dream who wants to make a positive impact on the world, while inspiring others to do the same.”
Becoming an inspiration for like-minded entrepreneurs, religious and nonreligious alike, Adria exemplifies the core meaning of dedication and servant leadership by mentoring and empowering others through her actions.

Her first children’s book, Dear Santa, Dear Friend debuted in 2014 as a delightful holiday read that helped fuse the joy of Santa Claus with the real magic of Jesus.
This summer, Brooke & Lee introduced Dave the Brave. It’s the second published children’s book for Adria McCardy, and the first book published under the sisterly duo’s, Brooke & Lee title.

Dave the Brave utilizes an interactive storybook format by combining “the joy of reading with the excitement of coloring.” The 38 page Color Me Reading book tells the story of how Delicate Dave’s life and confidence was changed forever, just as he was about ready to give up.
