A third person charged in relation to the June 25 murder of Rozario Palacious has been freed on bail.

Justice Carolita Bethell yesterday set bail at $9,000 for Anfernee Jenoure, who is accused of being an accessory after the fact to the murder that occurred on June 25.

Ian Cargill appeared for Jenoure, who must report to the East Street South Police Station on Fridays until the end of his trial.
Palacious was found shot to death in the parking lot of Club Crazy Moon on Elizabeth Avenue.

Earlier this month, Craig Wells, 38, and Carlos Wells, 43,  the owners of Club Crazy Moon on Elizabeth Avenue, who prosecutors say perverted the course of justice in the murder investigation were also granted $9,000 bail.

In addition to the charge of perverting the course of justice, the brothers were accused of keeping a brothel by permitting their premises to be used for the purpose of prostitution; keeping the club open beyond the hours prescribed by their business license; and failing to have the business license displayed in a conspicuous place.

Ice Davis, 24, of Churchill Avenue, Chippingham, is charged with Palacious' murder.

Davis appeared before Chief Magistrate Andrew Forbes yesterday for the presentation of a voluntary bill of indictment (VBI) that would end proceedings before the magistrate and transfer the matter to the Supreme Court.

The VBI was not ready and the matter has been adjourned to August 18.
