Not only is BTC keeping up with the “technology times”, the Company continues to stay on top of international trends and standards for customer service excellence.

The BTC customer service experience has evolved over the last four years and for the better.

With increased points of presence, a revitalized web and mobile experience, the Company continues to explore options to remain current and relevant with its customers. The Company’s latest innovation is the introduction of its Concierge Service.

“Every day we monitor the customer experience and we continue to examine and implement new ways to improve how we serve our customers,” said Patricia Walters, Senior Vice President for Customer Service.

“We have a varying customer base, the world as we know it continues to change and we must remain nimble enough to change too.

Five years ago it was sufficient to just have a few locations and do business within particular hours. Now, customers want us to be everywhere and available at all times. We are responding to this need, and we are excited to introduce Concierge Services to our clients.”

BTC’s Concierge Service allows you to schedule an appointment at BTC. You can select the store you prefer to visit and the time that is convenient to you.

Customers complete an online form, providing basic information about the nature of their visit. After that, all the customer needs to do is just show up at the store. No lines. No waiting.

Harvey Brathwaite, BTC’s first Concierge customer said, “It was a wow factor. Somehow the staff knew it was me and there was a lady with an IPAD with my name on it. They were so accommodating and so caring. The process was just easy.”

The introduction of BTC’s Concierge Service is just one of the latest improvements that the Company has made to improve customer service. Just recently the company introduced a new technology enabling customers to schedule actual times for at home landline and internet installation or repairs.

The BTC website has evolved and improved. There is an option to chat with a representative live while on the website or on Facebook. The website, which is fully intuitive, also adapts for mobile phone and tablet usage. Through the BTC Mobile App, My BTC, customers can check their usage, view and pay their bills online. Additionally, BTC has over sixty retail stores across the entire country, bringing the products and services closer to the consumer.

To use the BTC Concierge service, customers should visit the www.btcbahamas.com/concierge.
