Baha Mar plan aims for swift completion

BAHA Mar CEO Sarkis Izmirlian has said the resort’s new plan of reorganisation presents a viable framework for when the $3.5bn development emerges from its ongoing Chapter 11 bankruptcy case.
This reorganisation, the developer said, will facilitate the expeditious resumption and completion of Baha Mar. It also calls for the rejection of its construction contract and all other claims with China Construction America (CCA), and its parent company China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC)...
