A TOURIST is recovering in Doctor's Hospital having suffered seven stab wounds after attempting to intervene when his friend was robbed outside a Nassau nightclub.
Canadian Mitchell Nini - who was visiting a Bahamian college friend over the holiday - was attacked near Club Luna following the "Blackout" party in the early hours of Christmas morning.
His mother, Barbara Walls, told The Tribune her son's ongoing recovery is a "Christmas miracle" and she praised the courage and quick thinking of his Bahamian friends.
