Weeks before Baha Mar resort opens its doors, hundreds of Bahamians were welcomed out to Fort Charlotte on Sunday for an event sponsored by the luxury hotel development to thank the community for their support and to give a taste of the new experiences that the resorts will showcase.

Exciting musical performances, free culinary delights and a grand finale of fireworks drew families from across the island, giving them a taste of the excitement surrounding the much-anticipated opening of the luxury resort.

ESPA at Baha Mar pampered attendees with mini-massages, while the entire family enjoyed face painting and a performance by Puzzle, D-Mac and the Baha Mar dancers.

Attendees left the event in a spirit of celebration, with Baha Mar blue flags and other prizes. All New Providence residents have the chance to experience the world-class resort, firsthand, through Baha Mar’s ‘Be Seen & Win’ promotion.

Motorists flying a Baha Mar flag have the ability to instantly win exciting experiences worth thousands of dollars which include indulgent signature spa treatments at ESPA, dining experiences at 2 Baha Mar’s top dining venues including Katsuya and Cleo, and overnight stays in some of the resort’s best suites.
