During the holidays, each child at the Children's Emergency Hostel received a personalized gift from the employees of the Utilities Regulation and Competition Authority (URCA).
The gifts were selected and paid for by URCA's employees. Keva Robinson, human resource and administration officer, said it was a joy to see the children's excitement as the gifts were presented to the Assistant Administrator of the hostel, Nakita Adderley Smith.
